   This is a controlled audio-visual "demonstration/ consultation" level. The content will be entirely compliant with the IP (intellectual property) manager who is usually the legal department of the licensing corporation. Level 3 demonstration/consultation provides features as well as benefits of the technology and could include at the discretion of the licensor some know-how. Patent numbers and other public information can be disclosed at this level. This level is typically for more complex technologies or, in sensitive situations and where total control (mandated by compliance within the licensor’s IP department) is required.
   
   This L3 viewing fee will allow the viewer 5 viewings of the demonstration during a 30 calendar day period before a decision by the viewer/prospect is required so that TecXchange.com may deliver this now fully qualified prospect to the licensor for direct negotiations. The identity of the licensor will be disclosed to the viewer/prospect on completion of the Level 3 demonstration, unless otherwise noted by the licensor.
